Delivery and Lead times

In-stock pieces ship within 72 hours of order confirmation.

UK & Europe — by road. Most destinations within 7 working days from dispatch, including remote areas. Pallet delivery with kerbside drop-off as standard; inside delivery and assembly/installation on request.

GCC & Rest of the World — by sea, full container (FCL) or shared container (LCL) depending on volume. Door-to-port typically 30-60 days. Air freight available for urgent projects, costed per shipment.

Made-to-order pieces — lead times vary by maker and finish, typically 4–10 weeks. Confirmed in writing before you commit.

Shipping costs are confirmed at quotation. They depend on volume, destination, and consolidation. Larger orders get significantly better per-unit rates — once we hit 20' & 40' container volume, the maths shifts considerably.
